With spring just around the corner, it’s time to reel it back in and get that summer bod back.
So today lets skip the bread, pasta, rice, and all that other jazz and focus on delicious recipes that are HIGH on protein and low on the carbs.

Thanks for sharing your recipes! I tried the salmon in aluminium foil. Quick, easy, and delicious. I seasoned the salmon an hour before cooking, and cooked it in the foil with lemon slices. I forgot to add the sauce before baking, so I added it before broiling. Very delicious!
