I’m thinking you’re looking for recipes that are not only quick and easy to make but also ones that are budget friendly, so fear not, i’ve taken all the hard work off your shoulders and prepared a list of 15 of the BEST recipes to entertain your family and friends with. 1. 5 Minute Blender Salsa
Is there anyone in the world that doesn’t love a quick and easy salsa recipe? This one, obvi, takes just 5 short minutes to whip up! You are totally in control of the spice level so make it mild or make it hot, but whatever you do, MAKE IT.
2. Mexican Street Corn (Elotes)
Need an easy side dish? Toss a few ears of corn on the grill and let your guests slather on their own garlic mayo to make Mexican Street Corn! Chili powder, limes, and cotija cheese — add it all or leave it off, totally customizable!
3. Strawberry Watermelon Feta Salad
4th of July should be unofficially called National Watermelon Day. My feta salad has tons of sweet strawberries, cubed watermelon, along with creamy avocados, and crunchy almonds. With no added sugars, not only is it delicious, it’s also light on the waistline.
4. Asian Ramen Noodle Salad
You’re gonna be eaten the rainbow with this one! Asian ramen noodle salad is a classic at picnics and barbecues. My salad is easy to put together. Just keep the components separate and toss when ready to serve. Just 10 minutes to make!
5. Homemade Pretzel Dogs
Who doesn’t love a good pretzel dog? Ball park food is the best! It’s also perfect to serve to all the picky little eaters that will be attending your 4th of July bash. Oh, and don’t be surprised when the grownups are eatin’ them up too!
6. Spicy Spinach & Artichoke Dip
Boy, have I got the creamiest, most luxurious hot spinach and artichoke dip for you. This is an easy, breezy recipe to whip up and it takes just 10 minutes of prep time and 15 minutes of cook time on the stove OR just let all the ingredients hang out in a crockpot on the low setting for 2 hours and VOILA!
7. Creamy Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad
Tired of the boring old Caesar salad? Add a little chicken and a little pasta to bring this salad to life! Made with a buttermilk dressing that’s light on the waistline but still delicious. This one is going to be the STAR salad of the day!

This recipe is one of the MOST popular recipes on my blog and it’s perfect for any and all occasions. Flakey, tender salmon that’s baked in foil to keep all of it’s flavor packed inside. Not only is it great for quick weeknight dinners, it’s also great to throw on the grill for the 4th!

Down in the south, no celebration is complete without a little Homemade Sweet Peach Iced Tea. I suggest setting up a little DIY Iced Tea station where your guests can make their own peach teas with my homemade simple syrup that’s infused with real peaches! Perfect for hot summer days!
11. Pucker-Your-Lips Cherry Limeade
Cold, refreshing, and so festive! This limeade is loaded with cherry flavor and is simple to make for your party. Plus, my cherry limeade is made with real cherry juice and NO soda! This is one of my all time favorite 4th of July recipes!
12. Peach Agua Frescas
Cold and crispy yet light on the calories. Peach agua frescas are going to make you feel like your relaxing in Cancun! An agua fresca is a combination of blended fruit, sugar, and water to create a refreshing, non-alcoholic beverage!

13. Raspberry Cream Greek Yogurt Pops
Just 4 ingredients for these Raspberries and Cream Greek Yogurt Popsicles. And you can make theses several days ahead of the party. No last minute prep required!
14. Blueberry Crisp with Oats and Pecans
Warm, blueberry crisp topped with oats and pecans and served with a big dollop of vanilla ice cream. This is another easy breezy dessert! Toss everything into the oven and let it al bake up together. The blueberries start to burst and make the most delicious syrup that goes great with ice cream. You simply can’t resist!
